Dan O'Connor
Dan is co-founder and Producing Artistic Director of Impro Theatre as well as a co-founder of Los Angeles Theatresports and BATS Improv in San Francisco.
For Impro Theatre he is the co-director for Jane Austen UnScripted (The Broad Stage, Carrie Hamilton Theatre @The Pasadena Playhouse, North Coast Rep, Oregon Shakespeare Festival Green Show), Fairytales UnScripted (The Broad Stage, Lewis Family Playhouse), The Western UnScripted (The Falcon Theatre, Laguna Playhouse, North Coast Rep), Shakespeare UnScripted (The Odyssey Theatre, Carrie Hamilton Theatre @The Pasadena Playhouse, North Coast Rep, Theatre Asylum) and he is the Director for Chekhov UnScripted (The Odyssey Theatre, Carrie Hamilton Theatre @The Pasadena Playhouse, North Coast Rep, Impro Studio)
He has taught for the Writers Program at the UCLA extension. DUKE and Pepperdine Universities. He was an adjunct professor for USC ‘s BFA program and has also taught in the MBA Program for the University of Texas.
