Leigh Anne O'Connor
Leigh Anne O’Connor has been working with breastfeeding families for more than 19 years as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She is a past President of New York Lactation Consultant Association (NYLCA), a past member of the Bank Street Head Start Health Advisory Board, and a member of International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA).
Leigh Anne teaches breastfeeding classes and mater classes, mentors aspiring lactation consultants, leads support groups, and sees private clients. She is recognized as an expert and advocate for breastfeeding, promoting its health and societal importance. She has appeared on television, radio, and elsewhere, including The Nancy Grace Show, Fox 5 News, The Doctors, TLC’s Bringing Home Baby, Good Morning America, Montel, Runway Moms, WCBS News, and WOR radio; she is seen regularly on the Newborn Channel
