Phyllis Ayman
Phyllis Ayman, a staunch advocate for nursing home reform, is a veteran speech/language pathologist who has worked in over 40 skilled nursing facilities. She is principal owner of PMA Speech Solutions, offering valuable consulting services assisting families and individuals become more informed, effective advocates for their loved ones. An outspoken proponent of the need for improved and more dignified models of long-term care and the important issues facing our elder citizens, she is a regularly scheduled guest on WGCH AM Greenwich Business Talk Radio and has become the “Voice of Eldercare Advocacy. Phyllis is a Massachusetts Advocates for Nursing Home Reform board member who also develops empathy training programs for nursing homes and beyond.
