Jacqueline Deneen Griffiths, M.D., earned her undergraduate degree at Yale and her medical degree from the University of Michigan. Her ophthalmology residency was completed at Georgetown University Medical Center. Dr. Griffiths has been in private practice since 1994. She started her own practice, NewView® Eye Center, in 1999 where she serves as the Medical Director. NewView’s Mission is to provide excellence in ophthalmologic services by giving personalized attention to every patient. Dr. Griffiths is the current Ophthalmology Section Chief of Reston Hospital Department of Surgery, the former Chief of Ophthalmology at both the Reston Ambulatory Surgical Center in Reston, VA, as well as Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, VA. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
