Richard Flyer

Richard Flyer, M.S. is the founder of the Conscious Community Network (CCN), a spiritual community and community network that has united several hundred small businesses, community organizations, and thousands of residents to work to create a community that works for everyone. He is also a business owner of a medical clinic in Reno, Nevada. He has 10 years of non-profit management experience including the formation of a grass-roots community development organization that built a food cooperative and community center in a low-income neighborhood of San Diego; directed the San Diego Food Bank and the Nevada Microenterprise Initiative. Working with Dr. Ariyaratne, of the Sarvodaya movement in Sri Lanka, he is building a global network of villages, towns, and cities dedicated to spiritual awakening and social renewal as a concrete way to create the infrastructure for lasting peace.
