James Ortiz
A kid born and raised in Nicaragua. The second most poor country in Latin America. He grew up in a single mom’s household as the oldest out of 4 and mom’s right hand. At the age of 17 years old, was blessed with the opportunity to come to the US and started working hard to create a better and brighter future for him and his family. From his first job at a local grocery store stocking shelves to then leading, empowering and transforming the culture of global and local businesses, he recognizes and gives all the glory to God. Today James is highly focused on bringing light, leadership and employee training- development to those companies who are struggling with poor leadership, higher employee turnover and in result no vision for the future. James is also passionate about empowering and equipping the next generation. It his goal to build a network and organization that helps young man who grew up fatherless develop the skills and leadership to first lead their lives to a better tomorrow, and also lead their families and communities to a future that is different from their suffering past. Most importantly it is James' purpose to honor God in everything that he does.
