Matt Osborne
Matt Osborne is the embodiment of unwavering commitment against human trafficking. With over 9 years at Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.), he has played a pivotal role in the organization's global growth, aiming to eradicate modern-day slavery. Joining O.U.R. in April 2015 as Senior VP for Rescue and Rehabilitation, Matt coordinated child rescue operations worldwide, restoring lives and bringing traffickers to justice. His leadership and dedication has continued to shine has he has worked to rescue victims from unimaginable horrors. Throughout his O.U.R. journey, Matt has taken on more roles. As VP for Foreign Missions and Intelligence (Aug 2014 - Apr 2015) he countered human trafficking networks with strategic thinking. As Director of Special Projects (Apr 2018 - May 2020) he led complex endeavors furthering O.U.R.'s mission. His leadership continued as International Operations Manager, Deputy Director of International Operations, Director of International Operations, overseeing global child rescue efforts, and more. In May 2022, Matt assumed the role of Director of Global Operations, overseeing child rescue efforts across SE Asia, Africa/Middle East, Europe, Latin America, and Mexico/Caribbean. This led to his current role as President and COO of O.U.R. since February 2023. Matt's journey reflects his unyielding passion to free those trapped in human trafficking. His tireless efforts help inspire others around the world in the fight against this epidemic.
