Dayle brings over 20 years of experience in the field of information security with broad experience leading globally diverse teams delivering innovative security and risk management solutions in highly regulated industries such as education, healthcare, finance & banking, and energy. Dayle currently serves as the CISO at Litmos, helping to securely deliver innovative eLearning solutions, content, and integrated Learning Management services to more than 20 million people in 150 countries. Prior to joining Litmos, Dayle led the cybersecurity program at Stride Learning, a publicly traded EdTech company, where he implemented a cybersecurity recovery & transformation roadmap resulting in a 90% increase in NIST maturity within 24 months. Prior to joining Stride, he led cybersecurity strategy, engineering, and operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana where he drove security innovation, risk reduction, cloud and mobile adoption, and value-driven cyber cost management across the enterprise. Dayle also serves as a virtual or fractional CISO & strategy advisor to a variety of organizations seeking to solve unique challenges. And, over the past 2 decades, Dayle has served in a variety of cybersecurity & IT leadership roles in small organizations and startups in technology, healthcare, finance, & banking sectors Dayle serves as an IT regulatory compliance expert & mentor, advising a variety of innovative organizations & individual professionals.
