Rajesh Nair
Rajesh Nair, Founder and CEO of EnCube Labs, is a versatile professional in engineering, design, entrepreneurship, and education. Holding multiple Master's degrees from esteemed institutions like MIT (System Design & Management), UMass Amherst (Manufacturing Engg), and IISc (Electronic Product Design), along with a Bachelor's degree from IISc, he's founded four US companies and earned the Entrepreneur of the Year award from NH High Tech Council, and holds 13 US patents. Rajesh's academic journey includes roles as a founding faculty and Professor of Practice in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Asia School of Business (ASB) and a Visiting Scholar at MIT. His research focuses on empowering young innovators and entrepreneurs from underserved communities, leading to the Zero-Maker-Innovator-Entrepreneur framework. He's conducted over 100 workshops in seven countries for children and youth from rural communities. Rajesh's mission is to foster one million entrepreneurs in creating grassroots ecosystems.
