As a seasoned Senior Executive with over 29 years of experience in mental health, Bill has worked as a Case Manager, Primary Therapist, Director of Admissions, Director of Business Development, and Chief Executive Officer. This varied experience has allowed him the opportunity to learn operations from the ground level. Being able to build a team and create synergy in all departments allowed him to use his skill set to lead over 6 Mental Health facilities. At all of these facilities, he has increased revenue, improved productivity, reduced expenses, and created a culture in which continued business success was long-lasting. Now, he is honored to work for an incredible organization, Baymark Health Services, that meets the clients where they are in their recovery journey. his varied experience in working with this population allows him to create a dynamic team of leaders to deliver unparalleled care. He has a proven track record of creating a vision, marshaling staff, and moving forward with that vision while keeping intact the culture of the organization. he has years of experience in recruiting and retaining key members of leadership whose mission aligns itself with the organization.
