D.J. Allen, founder of Xs & Os of Success is a Communication & Performance Coach who works with business executives and producers as well as athletes and coaches across the nation to maximize their potential while growing them as leaders and producers. In recent years, he’s shared the stage with such names as Magic Johnson, Jimmy Kimmel, former US President Jimmy Carter and Bill Nye “The Science Guy.” His unique background in athletics as well as the business world makes him sought after as a team building expert for organizations and sports programs alike. An award-winning entrepreneur who holds an MBA, D.J. is the co-author of the book, “The Xs & Os of Success: A Playbook for Leaders in Business and Life” with College Basketball Hall of Fame coach Lon Kruger. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and later earned his Master of Business Administration from UNLV. Most importantly, D.J. is married to his beautiful bride of over 25 years – his best-friend Stacey – and has two children, Bailey (22) and Daniel (20). He has also coached youth basketball, baseball and softball.
