Philip Mirvis
Philip Mirvis is an organizational psychologist whose research and private practice concerns large-scale organizational change, corporate citizenship, and the character of the workforce/workplace. He is a senior research fellow at the Centers for Corporate Citizenship and Work & Aging, Boston College. He has authored/edited ten books, including The Cynical Americans. His latest works are about developing a leadership community, To the Desert and Back, and business in society, Beyond Good Company: Next Generation Corporate Citizenship. Mark Chussil is Founder and CEO of Advanced Competitive Strategies, and author of Marvelous Techniques: Essays on Going Beyond Strategy as We’ve Known It. and Nice Start: Questions Only You Can Answer to Create the Life Only You Can Live. Mark lectures and consults globally on strategic thinking, business war games, and strategy simulation. He’s appeared in Fast Company &The Wall Street Journal. He earned his MBA at Harvard and his BA at Yale.
