Pamela Shockley-Zalabak
Dr. Pamela Shockley-Zalabak is Chancellor and Professor of Communication at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. The author of eight books and over 100 articles and productions on organizational communication, Dr. Shockley-Zalabak’s research interests include organizational trust and cultures as they relate to organizational effectiveness. She is the co author of the recently released book Building the High Trust Organization: Five Key Dimensions of Trust.
