Dennis Miller is a nationally recognized nonprofit board and executive leadership coach and CEO and C-Suite executive search consultant with more than thirty-nine years of experience working with nonprofit board leadership and chief executives across the country. He is a best-selling author and keynote speaker. His autobiography “Moppin’ Floors to CEO” is his true-life recount of his highly eventful life. Dr. Terrence Cahill, after his early career experiences as a Social Worker in Child Welfare, residential care for mentally challenged adults, and health care, served in various leadership positions for the next 40+ years, prior to joining DCM. His leadership positions included CEO of a community hospital, Regional VP for two managed care organizations, and University Department Chair, overseeing a Ph.D. program and a master’s in health administration program. Dr. Sheryl White, with Guest Co-Host Dr. Undraye Howard
Dr. Sheryl White, a cultural psychologist, brings over 20 years of experience providing leadership, workforce, and organization development consulting, training, and coaching services to municipalities, nonprofits, educational institutions, and for-profit corporations worldwide. Dr. White, the Vice President of Training and Organization Development at Neighborhood House Association (NHA) in San Diego, CA and is also the founder of NHA’s social enterprise, InnoVisions, which provides professional, leadership, and organization development services to other organizations. Since 1999, Dr. White has served as an executive coach and facilitator with the Center for Creative Leadership. Dr. White is passionate about helping people work better, and better together.
Undraye Howard is vice president of the Center on Leadership at the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities. He also is an adjunct professor at several universities, where he teaches courses on youth, work development, leadership, communication practices and processes, and effectiveness in the human services world. Howard holds master’s in communication with an emphasis in training and development from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is currently pursuing his doctoral degree.
