When you pause for a moment in your day, how do you remind yourself to shift and make this an expected valuable part of your time focus? Do you put post-it notes for yourself in your living and working environments with key words or phrases to remind yourself to act? Do you use images to invite you to pause and take a break? Or, do you completely ignore both open reminder invitations and just keep on doing whatever you are focused on?
