Family members are often the ones that oversee the care being provided to a loved one in their home. When an agency caregiver is brought in there is generally a care coordinator or supervisor that manages the schedule and periodically conducts periodic visits. Even in these instances there are actions you can take to insure that excellent care is being provided.
