She trained in family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, and interpersonal psychology at Forrest Hospital in Chicago and she started one of the very first intensive outpatient treatment programs for eating disorders. She is currently in private practice on the North Shore of Chicago.

Dr. Jenny L. Taitz, PsyD, graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University and earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from Yeshiva University’s program at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York. Dr. Taitz is a certified Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive therapy. She completed fellowships at Yale University School of Medicine and at the American Institute for Cognitive Therapy. Dr. Taitz is a licensed clinical psychologist at the American Institute for Cognitive Therapy where she directs the DBT program.
