When you continually think the same thought it becomes concretized; your thought becomes a belief. Even when your conscious mind isn’t picking up on your thoughts, or your words, your biology is always listening. One of the functions of the mind is to create coherence between your beliefs and what you experience. When you repeatedly think that you can’t do something or that you are predisposed to a particular aliment or disease, your thoughts becomes your belief.
