Author of numerous books, Dr. Tina Tessina, plus the 4th edition of How to Be a Couple and Still Be Free, joins Brigitte for a fun discussion on how to create open and honest communications with others by first knowing exactly what you want out of every experience. Dr. Tessina encourages couples to work together to create a loving, sustainable, healthy, and equal partnership to be treasured. Brigitte ends the hour by offering tips on staying in touch with friends from school during breaks or after graduating through establishing connection networks, both social media and closed platforms. Broadcasting since 2011, twenty-seven young people from around the United States have regularly shared their passions and interests as hosts and reporters on Express Yourself!
