Episode Description

Do you know which type of transformational leader you are? Based on the nine Enneagram personality and core motivation types we will explore how the different types impact how you lead. We will also learn how to use the foundation of the Enneagram to grow into a more effective leader. Each type represents a worldview and archetype that resonates with the way in which people think, act, and feel and how they stand in relation to the world, others, and themselves. The most powerful aspect of the Enneagram is that it not only identifies the typical thinking and behavior patterns of each type; it also explores the underlying motivations behind those patterns. This allows people to grow into stronger leaders when they have a better understanding of why they act and react in a certain way. We will explore some of the strengths, weaknesses, blind spots, and “centers of expression” of each type in order for you to increase your awareness of which type you may be.
