Episode Description

Just as basketball players visualize the ball swishing through the hoop, and bodybuilders visualize the muscles contracting in a bicep curl, mental fitness is training for the brain ... in return helps your body too. Mental fitness doesn't just mean sitting in a corner on a carpet, crossing your legs, and meditating with candles around. It can be as simple as taking 30 seconds a day to relax your mind thinking about what you have ahead of you ... and planning accordingly as you approach your day with clarity. From “The Big Apple” - New York to “Down Under” - Australia, host Tony Anderson is one of the nation’s leading voices on culture, entertainment and sports. He is here to dissect, educate, and inform us about why our Mental Fitness Matters.Tony is a host for Amazon LIVE and a former NBC correspondent. His television and media experiences have taken him across the globe to report on important and historical issues. Between covering the "Stolen Generation," in Sydney, Australia ... all the way to the Oscars in Los Angeles, California, Tony has interviewed countless notable figures in entertainment as well as in the worlds of sports and politics, including: Bono, Beyonce, Valerie Jarrett, Garth Brooks and Lebron James. It is my distinct pleasure to welcome to the show, Tony Anderson ... who is here to provide the key ingredients to add to your toolbox. He will help you perform at a higher level and encourage you to build the life that you want to live.
