Episode Description

If you’ve been working hard to develop and keep the physique of a top athlete, you know you need to do more than lift weights. But what does it actually take to get the look and athleticism of a pro athlete? If you’re Ricky Battalico, former Philadelphia Phillies All-Star, you get in shape with a specific regimen that drives your ability to throw hard and run fast. And if you’re Alan Jaeger, who trains baseball players for a living, you harness your inner strength by focusing your mind with Eastern Arts. On this episode of “On the Radio,” Natalie and Dr. Rey bring athletically-minded listeners to the intersection of mind and body to help them achieve a winning workout.
