Dr. Bill Frea returns this week to explore the different facets of how families and society need to prepare for a maturing community of individuals with autism. We are extremely excited to welcome a special guest to the show, Dr. Peter Gerhardt. Dr. Gerhardt is an expert on the use of ABA therapy in support of adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorders. Rob Haupt
Rob Haupt is a passionate professional in the field of autism. His knowledge of autism services, treatment options and insurance coverage has made him a popular guest speaker to advocate groups. He also shares tips for parents through his weekly video blog.
Rob is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 12 years of experience treating individuals with Development Disabilities. He currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST), an agency that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy and Speech to individuals with Autism. In his role with AST, Rob has collaborated with parents, teachers, and schools to support better understanding of autism health insurance mandates and how to effectively use insurance coverage.
