Shawn spent the weekend in Germany at the FIBO Championships, while Bob was in LA at the first IFBB Pro Physique show of the year, Jon Lindsay's Grand Prix Los Angeles. The guys will be filling us in on those shows and more from the weekend in bodybuilding. Lou Ferrigno will be calling in to celebrate the life of the Father of Bodybuilding, Joe Weider. Lou was in attendance at Joe's Celebration of Life Service held over the weekend and will be sharing his thoughts. Shawn Ray is a retired Hall of Fame Bodybuilder who won the NPC National Championships at the young age of 21. He went on to spend 13 years on the Mr. Olympia Stage of which, 12 times he finished in the top 5 in consecutive years!
