The One Thing All Relationships Need to Succeed
September 12, 2013
Hosted by Shelly Bullard, MFT
What's the foundation of all relationships? It is the relationship you have with yourself. If your internal foundation is shaky — has cracks and holes (insecurities and negative self-concepts) — then the relationships you build on top of it are going to feel shaky, too. However, if you move in the world with a solid sense of self, then you're less likely to crumble when things don't go as planned (and things aren’t going to go as planned). This week Shelly will discuss how to create a solid sense of self, which will act as the foundation of all your relationships. She’ll teach you specific ways to connect with your inner source of love to keep yourself steady through all the changing tides. Shelly would love to guide you through this process, you can reach her live on the show at: 1-866-472-5795.
