He has moderated home seller seminars, hosted street fair events and produced informative YouTube “House Minute” videos. A former police officer and longtime volunteer EMT, Duncan was also involved in retail business, building a small chain of ice cream stores and a production facility. Currently in his 20th year as a Realtor, his greatest joy is the smile on a client’s face when they find the perfect home.
