Are you a day tripper? Summer is almost over, but there is still enough time to find a really fun excursion for a day. Our hosts Henna Hundal and Caiseen Kelley each share their takes on fun day trips. Caiseen introduces a new APP that plans a great day for you, while Henna reveals research indicating the benefits of just getting up and going out. Social Responsibility reporter Asya Gonzalez talks about lucky she is to have a family that loves to have fun and adventures on the spur of the moment as she gives us an inside peek at some of their unexpected day trips. Asya also advocates being aware of your surroundings to stay safe in any new venue. Katelyn Darrow, the Gift of Giving Reporter encourages listeners to get involved for just a day with a local charity to make a difference. Soon her charity, Angels of God Clothing Closet will be hosting a day of donating free back packs stuffed with back to school necessities. With all these tips of our young adventurers, you are set for a day of tripping! Have fun!

Hosted by teens and teenage field reporters from around the country, Express Yourself! is THE destination for teens to be heard. Through collaboration and conversation, a global campus of young people express their views. Broadcasting since 2011, twenty-seven young people from around the United States have regularly shared their passions and interests as hosts and reporters on Express Yourself! These teens are not afraid of the tough topics and thrill at the opportunity of interviewing a variety of guests including authors, actors, Olympians, scientists, musicians, poets, and experts of varied disciplines.
