Sarah Allen is a technology leader who co-created After Effects, Shockwave and Flash video, and was named one of the top 25 Women of the Web in 1998. She went on to found Blazing Cloud, a ground-breaking mobile design and development company. In 2013, the White House named her a Presidential Innovation Fellow, where she worked on open data at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC. She now works with 18F, part of the United States Digital Service in San Francisco. She is also co-founder of Mightyverse, a mobile startup focused on helping people communicate across language and culture. Dr. Ritu Anand
Dr. Ritu Anand is a pioneer in the field of Human Resources with a career spanning 25+ years. She is currently Deputy Head, Global HR, and Head, Talent Management at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). She also spearheads the Workplace Diversity initiative in TCS and is a member of the Group Diversity Council and the HR Steering Committee at the TATA Group. Ginger McCullough is currently vice president, training and change management at Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC), a regional grocery chain with six manufacturing plants and more than 150 stores across Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
