Rik is a member of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce and the 2010 Business Person of the Year. He is also an avid reader and shares his knowledge serving as a volunteer instructor for the OLLI program, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, at the University of Cincinnati and the University of Dayton.
