Episode Description

Almost every day there's news of another celebrity couple breaking up, getting a divorce or filing for custody. Jon Gosselin, of "Jon & Kate Plus 8" fame, has just filed for custody of his 11-year-old daughter, Hannah. And today, Bristol Palin and her fiance cancelled their wedding. They didn't even make it to the altar, though this is better than rushing ahead only to get divorced later. Robert Pattinson wavered about getting a prenup with FKA Twigs, despite being betrayed by Kristin Stewart. When celebs file for divorce their dirty laundry is hung out for all to see. Though this makes their struggles worse for them, it allows you to contemplate whether divorce and custody fights are what you really want. Today's guest, Jacqueline Newman, is a NYC Family Law Attorney who specializes in high net worth cases and prenuptial agreements. She shares her legal perspective on celeb divorces, while Dr. Carole looks at them - and your relationships - from a psychological point of view.
