Such leaders provide an incentive to be a dysfunctional team. They create teams that are just like them (homogeneous, groupthink, yes men). Around the world, the best performing teams have one thing in common, they embrace conflict, hate “groupthink” and seek out those who disagree and/ or challenge the team. Avoiding conflict is a major mistake. Conflict is positive in many ways and indicates that the organization employs and supports people who speak up
