Shaun Osher is the CEO of CORE Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm in New York City. A native of South Africa, Shaun started in New York real estate with a Soho rental agency and later moved to Douglas Elliman where he was a successful downtown broker for 15 years. In the wake of Elliman being bought by Prudential, Osher was tapped by Jack Cayre to found CORE in 2005. Shaun Osher and CORE have attained a considerable media profile from his work as a star of HGTVs reality show Selling New York, which examined the lives of high-end New York real estate agents. And also because of the talented agents that work at CORE. He is a trained jazz saxophonist, he used to play in live jazz bands across New York City and still goes to see shows when he has free time. He is the father of two young girls and lives in the West Village of Manhattan.

I became interested in a real estate career in the mid-1990s while buying and selling Manhattan co-ops and condos for my own personal real estate projects (renovating and selling), and found it to be an exciting industry. I decided to make Real Estate a full time profession and I've never looked back.

The ROCCO Group is dedicated to delivering quality service to our buyers and sellers. I get personally involved in every detail of the deal. I am known for my straightforward approach, my integrity and flexibility while working with people. I cultivate strong relationships that last a lifetime.

I have an extensive knowledge of Manhattan and its neighborhoods. I became an expert in New Condo Development sales over the past five years selling in three separate new development projects. I've made appearances on 'Sweat Equity' on the DIY network as one of their pricing experts, and have been featured on 'House Hunters' on HGTV and I'm working on an interactive web/blog portal where I will be hosting a weekly 'over the net' Real Estate program featuring everything New York City. I have been quoted in NY Magazine, NY Post, NY Times, QUEST, The Real Deal, and Broker's Weekly.

I live on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with my dog, Jett. I know Manhattan well and all of its neighborhood's so touring for a new home is always an exciting adventure with me. I make it personal. Your dream of finding the perfect home or selling your home will become a reality.
