David Queen
Prior to entering private law practice, David Queen was an Asst US Attorney in Pennsylvania & Maryland & Special Asst US Attorney in the Dist of Columbia. He has practiced law since 1973 & is a licensed California private investigator. He is the author of two legal texts and the California The Private Investigator’s Legal Manual (3rd Edition). Nominated by President Reagan as US Attorney, Middle District of Pennsylvania, David became a member of the US Attorney General’s Advisory Board. As US Attorney, he oversaw 100s of prosecutions including the 3-Mile Island power plant disaster & the E.F. Hutton mail fraud case. He was Deputy Assistant Secty of the Treasury under Treasury Secty James Baker & Acting Assistant Secty for Enforcement & Operations, overseeing enforcement activities of Customs, Secret Service, IRS, ATF & the Ofc of Financial Enforcement. In addition, he was an INTERPOL Treasury Department Representative and a Federal Law Enforcement Training Center board member.
