Linda Salin
Linda Salin was diagnosed with IC in 1989. She started attending a support group within weeks. When the leader moved, Linda took over the group. While attending an ICA national conference in Orlando, Linda volunteered to transcribe the taped conference sessions. Shortly afterward, Linda became part of the staff of the ICA and has worked out of her home in Florida since then. She has participated in Internet radio and local newspaper interviews, provides information at international medical conferences, and guides IC patients to appropriate healthcare. Linda can be heard on the podcast, Brace Yourself: Curves Ahead, offering tips for IC patients on how to navigate the healthcare system. Linda has been married to Terry Salin for 44 years, and has two married daughters and two grandchildren.
