Arthur F. Lafionatis
Arthur F. Lafionatis is an attorney and the chairman of the board at Lerch, Early & Brewer. He practices in the Real Estate, Business & Taxation, Commercial Lending and Creditors’ Rights & Workouts groups at the firm, and works on a range of matters – from commercial real estate, lending and business transactions to business counseling and succession planning. Art earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire, graduating summa cum laude. He received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the National Law Center at George Washington University. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia. A native of New England, Art has called the Washington area his home for more than 30 years, but still is an avid fan of Boston’s sports teams. He is a high-end audiophile and the former publisher of The Audio Adventure, a magazine featuring affordable high-end audio equipment. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, trying to improve his golf game and attending local sporting events.
