Ed and Janet Howle

Ed and Janet Howle’s life of adventure began when they met in a bar in 1975. He was 40; she was 29. They started a business manufacturing products for children with special needs. One product became an international best seller. They raised 6 children, homeschooling the youngest two on their sailboat while wandering the Bahamas. Then they moved to Paris for five years. More recently they competed in an around-the-world car rally, crossing the US, China, Russia, and ending in Paris, which inspired their award-winning novel, The Long Road to Paris.
