Joshua is one of the world’s preeminent experts on developing emotional intelligence to improve performance. He is the author of Inside Change, At the Heart of Leadership, over dozen EI articles and the coauthor of four validated psychometric assessments Joshua leads the world’s largest network of emotional intelligence practitioners and researchers; Six Seconds has offices in eleven countries and practitioners in over 50.
