Jonathan Bida
Jonathan Bida is a lawyer in the class action group at Koskie Minsky LLP. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He has acted in numerous class actions including a several class proceedings where an institution or school has allegedly failed in its supervisory obligations to prevent abusive conduct towards residents or students.
