Donna R. Payne
Donna R. Payne, Associate Director of Diversity, Human Rights Campaign (HRC), works with Civil Rights organizations, religious and People of Color communities, and leads the HRC’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Program. She received the Rosa Parks Award, is an African American lesbian activist, and member of the Metropolitan Community Church.
