Scott Wren
Scott is the Senior Equity Strategist for Wells Fargo Advisors. He is part of a collaborative effort by representatives of a number of the firm's research departments to analyze the current situation and outlook for the economy and financial markets. As an Equity Strategist, his responsibilities include overall equity strategy and guidance recommendations to retail and institutional clients, as well as analysis and selection of stocks in the Focus Portfolio. Scott also serves on the firm’s Asset Allocation Committee. Scott has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and serves on the firm's Investment Strategy Committee. Prior to joining A.G. Edwards (a processor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors) in 1998, he was employed by The Boatmen's National Bank of St. Louis as a Senior Foreign Exchange Dealer. Scott began his career in the financial services industry working on the trading floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1980.
