Penny Stoker
Penny Stoker is the VP of People Services and Transformation with AstraZeneca. She currently leads the implementation of a global transformation of HR, including established outsourced HR services and technology for 57,000 employees, across 100+ countries in 26+ languages. She has developed the organization design for the retained HR function, including full process documentation for standard global processes, role definitions and capability profiles. Prior to this role, Penny was the VP of Global HR Services, where she managed a staff of about 330 in three countries. She created and managed Global HR Services comprised of Assisted Services, HR Technology, Supplier Management, Recruitment and Employment.
