Gaylon Logan, Jr.
Gaylon Logan, Jr. has more than 20 years of experience in non-profit management with expertise in program conceptualization and developing community outreach curriculum. He is the innovator of a new life coaching model called "Culture Based Co-Active Coaching" (CBCC). Mr. Logan has coached and mentored more than 300 clients in individual, group, and family settings, and is currently the Founder and Executive Director of a non-profit organization called Village-Connect Mr. Logan’s vision for Village-Connect integrates the success of coaching with an understanding of the importance of culture, identity, and community peer networking.
