Howard S. Garval, MSW
Howard Garval is Principal of Leaders 4 Futures LLC, an executive coaching and leadership development firm. He is a certified facilitator in Social Style and DiSC. He previously served as President and CEO of Child & Family Service (CFS) from 2006-2017. Under Howard's leadership, the 118-year-old non-profit organization was developed and strengthened and currently comprises close to 50 social service programs statewide, with nearly 500 employees and an annual budget of $30 million.
