Carole Peccorini

Carole Peccorini RN, MA Carole is co-founder of Big Ideas and Rich Conversations with Women and has been a life-long social entrepreneur before the name was even invented. She offers her science and arts background in working with women and with teens to engage them in conversations of profound change so they can bring their greatness and their true selves to the world. She facilitates groups, speaks at events, and works one-on-one to help others learn how to be present and authentic in the moment. This frees up enormous amounts of energy and freedom for people to do what is theirs to do. She works with Social Entrepreneurs in undergraduate programs at UC Berkeley and Stanford and teaches curriculum about the creative process and how to cultivate it. She mentors teens working on their Senior Projects and created a video called World Wide Conversations with high school students in the California Bay Area and Tanzania about what kind of world they want to help create. With small groups of women she explores topics of intimacy, resilience, transformation and vulnerability. She sits with cancer patients in conversation about the difference between who they are and identifying with their disease. Carole likes the true voice in poetry for opening doors and she is always pressing the edge to take ideas into actions that align with one's core values in the moment.
