Barbara Loe Fisher


Barbara Loe Fisher is co-founder and president of the non-profit charity, the National Vaccine Information Center founded in 1982, which is dedicated to preventing vaccine injuries and deaths through public education and protecting the informed consent ethic in public health policies and laws. She is co-author of the historic 1985 book, “DPT: A Shot in the Dark,” author of the 2008 book “Vaccines, Autism and Chronic Inflammation: The New Epidemic” and has served as the consumer member of many vaccine advisory committees, testified in Congress and been quoted in hundreds of news reports about vaccine safety and choice over the past three decades.
