Jill McGillen
Jill McGillen, best known for the weekly work advice column, “Ask Jill,” and for her skills as a presenter, trainer and consultant to Bay Area and global organizations, founded San Francisco-based Next Turn in 2001 in the midst of a highly successful business career. She now shares her passion for leadership training and team building. Jill is one of 15 individuals in the United States certified as a Wiley DiSC® behavioral style instructor. She created the Calm in Conflict™ resolution e-learning program, is an active blogger and work advice columnist. Jill has been a guest lecturer on Leadership, Conflict and Influencing at University of San Francisco and Golden Gate University. She holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology.
