John Kahle
John Kahle is senior vice president and chief wellness officer for Intercare Insurance Solutions, a HUB International Company. He provides the leadership necessary to ensure that the benefits plans offered by Intercare continually enhance employee health and workforce productivity. He is an expert in the design and implementation of wellness programs and funding options that effectively control benefits costs while supporting a more value-based approach to employee benefits. He uses these strengths to help employers shift their paradigm and focus on employee benefits as an investment rather than as a cost. John’s expertise in Value Based Benefits has garnered invitations to speaking engagements including World Congress forums around the country.
John has more than 30 years experience in the insurance industry with an emphasis on employee benefits. Prior to joining Intercare he was founder and president for SFG Benefit Insurance Services. Intercare and SFG merged in October 2006.
