Elmar Kronz is Vice President, Global Business Development for DDI, focusing on helping multinational organizations define and execute their global talent strategies. Previously, Elmar held regional leadership roles for DDI’s Asian and European operations, consulting with global and local organizations. He has extensive client experience across the entire range of talent management with a primary focus on succession management, including assessment and leadership development, success profiling, and selection strategies. Prior to joining DDI, he worked in a Germany-based executive search firm. Elmar holds a Master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology. Having lived and worked in numerous countries and three continents, globalization is a daily reality for Elmar, who is a regular media contributor and a sought-after speaker at HR and industry conferences.
