Richard Tipton

Bob Tipton, USAF Colonel, retired in 2000 after 30 years of service. Mr. Tipton flew two combat tours in Vietnam as an RF-4C WSO, was an instructor at the US Army Command and General Staff College, and worked for a decade as an acquisition program director. Since 2000, he has provided consulting and direct support to the DoD Services and agencies working with aging Aircraft and Systems Integrity issues, including risk mitigation for Pb Free counterfeit parts. Mr. Tipton also was the head women’s soccer coach at Flagler College in St Augustine College and has over two decades of experience in competitive team coaching in the Midwest. He received his Bachelor in Business Administration from Memphis State University (Magna Cum Laude), his Masters in Management from Troy State University. His education background includes post-graduate studies in leadership and military courses at the Defense Systems Management College, Air War College and National Security Management College.
