Craig Macdonald is a Managing Director with Accenture Interactive’s Marketing Data Management and Data Monetization Practice. Craig has extensive experience working with the world’s largest advertisers, helping them build next generation infrastructure for the management of their global marketing and media programs given the challenges of the 21st century. His work encompasses helping marketers build measurement, analytics, and process frameworks to better manage marketing and media data through dashboard and reporting systems, attribution and ROI modelling, and driving robust, data-driven customer engagement models to improve sales results for marketers across all customer touch points. Before joining Accenture, Craig was Senior Director of Marketing for Microsoft’s Bing Ads search platform. Prior to that, he worked at Google, Covario, Hewlett Packard, Fair Isaac, and Gartner Group. Craig holds an MBA from New York University and a BS in Engineering from University of Pennsylvania.
